Are your gowns made to order?
Yes. Every Sequille Atelier gown is cut and sewn individually for your order. Production takes around 10–15 working days (certain gowns 14–18 days — see the product page), followed by 5–7 days of tracked express delivery — plan for about 3–4 weeks in total. Ordering for a special date? Contact us first and we'll confirm the timeline.
How do I choose my size?
Our gowns use US sizing, so please don't order the size you usually wear — measure your bust, waist and hips and compare them with the Size Guide. Because each gown is hand cut and sewn, a small difference of 2–3 cm from the chart is normal. Unsure between two sizes? Write to us before ordering and we'll help you choose.
Do you offer plus sizes or custom measurements?
Several of our gowns are available in extended sizes on request. Contact us with the gown you love and your measurements, and we'll confirm what's possible before you order.
Can I return or exchange my gown?
Yes — if you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the gown, unworn and in its original condition, within 14 days of letting us know. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a gown showing signs of wear or damage will have its refund reduced accordingly. Gowns made to your personal custom measurements are final sale. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request changes or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, before production begins. After that, your gown is already being made — but you can still return it under our returns policy once it arrives.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — free worldwide shipping with tracking on every order. Any customs duties, import taxes or VAT applied by your country are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price.
Will the colour look exactly like the photos?
Colours may appear slightly different depending on the lighting in the photos and your screen settings. Slight variation is normal and is not considered a defect.
How should I care for my gown?
We recommend dry cleaning, especially for beaded and embellished pieces. Store your gown hanging in a garment bag, away from direct sunlight.
