CHANGE OF MIND — 14 DAYS

We want you to love your gown. If you change your mind, you may cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery. Contact us at sequilleatelier@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, then return the item within 14 days of telling us. This applies to gowns ordered in our standard sizes. Gowns made to your personal measurements are custom-made and exempt from change-of-mind returns under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; this does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.

CONDITION OF RETURNS

Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, free of makeup, perfume, and damage, with all original packaging. You may try the gown on as you would in a boutique. If a returned gown shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage beyond what is needed to try it on, we will reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value — up to the full price of the gown.

RETURN COSTS

Return shipping and any related costs (including export fees) are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as the return remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Customs duties or import taxes you paid when receiving your order are charged by your local authorities and are non-refundable by us.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 days. We will email you when the refund has been issued.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your gown arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund — including return shipping — at our cost, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please note that a 2–3 cm variation from the size chart and slight colour differences due to screens and photo lighting are characteristics of made-to-order garments, not defects.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION BEFORE PRODUCTION

Each piece is made to order. You may change or cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, before production begins, by emailing sequilleatelier@gmail.com.
